Sharing life in love, parenting, business, and food, Jennifer and Santiago are truly a match made in heaven. These two professionally trained chefs bring their collective portions of passion to their work at Napales Mexican Street Food.
Santiago is the Executive Sous Chef at the NCR Country Club, where he has been in leadership for over 10 years. Santiago has cooked with well known Chefs including Top Chef runner-up Marcel Vigneron, who even caused Santiago to entertain an offer to join Vigneron's culinary crew in New York City.
Jennifer is a graduate of Dayton's own Sinclair Culinary, and has served in prestigious kitchens such as Pacchia and the Dayton Racquet Club. For those familiar with Dayton's food scene, you will recognize her from The Chef Case, also located at the 2nd Street Market, where she served as manager for many years.
The couple brings to life the flavors of Mexico and their passion for fresh, locally crafted food comes through in every bite.
