The couple brings the authentic flavors of Mexico along with their passion for fresh, locally crafted foods to the 2nd Street Market


Sharing life in love, parenting, business, Jennifer and Santiago are a great team. The professionally trained chefs bring their collective portions of passion to their work at Napales, and it comes through in the food every time.

Santiago was the Executive Sous Chef at the NCR Country Club where he was in leadership for more than 10 years. Santiago has cooked with well known Chefs including Top Chef runner-up Marcel Vigneron, who even caused Santiago to entertain an offer to join Vigneron's culinary crew in New York City.


Jennifer is a graduate of the Sinclair Culinary Arts, and has served in prestigious kitchens such as Pacchia and the Dayton Racquet Club. For those familiar with Dayton's food scene, you will recognize her from The Chef Case, also located at the 2nd Street Market, where she served as manager for many years.
