Jen and Santiago Herrera bring the authentic flavors of Mexico along with their passion for fresh, locally crafted foods to the 2nd Street Market


Sharing life in love, parenting and business, Jennifer and Santiago are a tremendous team. Collectively, the professionally trained chefs bring their fascinations into their work at Napales. This spectacular array of adoration and hard work always comes through the food - in a delicious way.

Santiago was the Executive Sous Chef at the NCR Country Club where he was in leadership for more than 10 years. Santiago has cooked with well known Chefs including Top Chef runner-up Marcel Vigneron, who even compelled Santiago to entertain an offer to join Vigneron's culinary crew in New York City.


Jennifer is a graduate of the Sinclair Culinary Arts, and has served in prestigious kitchens such as Pacchia and the Dayton Racquet Club. For those familiar with Dayton's food scene, you may recognize her from Bonjour Macarons - gourmet freshly made cookies. Yes, they are available at the Napales booth in limited supplies.
